Opening for Business Development Manager – Online Marketing (SEO) in Gurgaon with experience of 4 to 7 years.
Job Description
Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in Revenue and ROI in marketing costs
Presenting Saviance to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Saviance Procedure.
You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.
Keeping up-to-date of issues affecting search engine marketing companies and the search engine industry and collecting competitor intelligence.
Desired Profile
An ideal candidate would have:
Minimum 4yrs of Work Exp in IT Sales or Digital Marketing Sales / Digital Media Sales & Business Development in India.
Should have acquired atleast 5 clients for SEO/SEM/SMO for his / her previous organizations.
In case of work experience of selling Digital Marketing Projects to the US / European Clients would also be an added advantage to the potential candidates.
Experience required:
Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience of digital content management.
Proven success managing an SEOSEM and social media initiative.
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Saviance are captured and explored.
Familiarity with brand marketing site.
Ability to identify new business opportunities using hit wise / relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.
A detailed knowledge of search engine / online marketing i.e. explain value of search and benefits in relation to other on line marketing.
Ability to identify SEO issues and recommend solutions.
Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet client’s needs.
Responsible for managing the online marketing budget.
Education and Qualifications:
The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics or preferably MBA from an accredited institution.
It will be added as a distinct advantage for the candidate having 4+ years of past working experience in business management related activities.
